By enrolling in the Globali Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:
Participation requires approval from Globali. We retain full discretion to accept or deny any application. We may also suspend or revoke an affiliate’s status at any time, with or without justification.
A “Qualified Referral” refers to a new client introduced to Globali who signs a formal agreement and successfully completes a paid project or placement. Globali has the final say in determining whether a referral qualifies.
Commissions are earned exclusively on Qualified Referrals that lead to completed, paid engagements. Payment rates and terms are set by Globali and may be revised at any point. Payouts are based on the commission structure active when the referral is made.
We use custom tracking tools to monitor referrals. Affiliates must use their assigned links or codes to ensure proper attribution. Globali’s tracking determinations are final and binding.
Affiliates must operate in compliance with all applicable laws and must not misrepresent Globali or its offerings. Misleading statements or any activity that damages our brand will result in immediate removal from the program.
All branding, content, and creative assets provided by Globali remain our intellectual property. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for promoting Globali within the scope of the program.
Globali shall not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost income, arising from your involvement in this program.
Globali reserves the right to terminate your affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, you must immediately stop promoting Globali and remove all affiliate-related content and links.
We may modify these terms at any time. By continuing to participate after any changes, you accept the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any legal matters will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles, CA.
