Payment & Pricing

After the offer is signed, we’ll send over an invoice for the placement. Our fee is a one-time charge of 25–35% of annual salary, depending on how many hires you make. How is the process tailored to my needs?

First, we talk – you tell us exactly what you need fixed or built (like "build lead generation infrastructure for my real estate team" or "improve my ranking on search results"). We ask about your specific goals, budget, and how your team works.

Then, we use that specific info to find someone in our network who's already solved that exact type of problem for businesses like yours. We don't just match keywords; we look for relevant experience and fit. You meet them free to confirm it feels right before you commit. It’s about finding the precise expert for your job. How much does it cost?

We charge a recruitment fee for every talent placed, ranging from 25-35 of the first year's salary (depending on the number of people you recruit). Each hire comes with a 6-month replacement guarantee.

How fast can a new hire start?

Most roles go live within 2‑5 business days once your scope is confirmed and the onboarding form is complete.

How do I know i'm getting top talent?

Our acceptance rate is under 1%. Each talent is vetted by specialists in their discipline and must maintain perfect client satisfaction to remain in our network.

What happens if the talent isn’t a fit?

Request a replacement at any time; we swap in a new expert within a week at no extra cost to you for the first 6 months.

Will the talent work in my time zone?

Yes—during onboarding you choose preferred overlap hours, and we align schedules accordingly.

Do I have to supply equipment or software licenses?

No—our talent arrives with vetted hardware and the core toolset for their discipline; you only grant access to your internal apps if needed.

How is time tracked and reported?

If you'd like to track time and screen activity, we recommend a few tools like HubStaff and Insightful. Set up is quick and easy. Since we do not manage talent, you'll need to set up your own systems.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope! Your hiring deposit is fully refundable, so if you end up not hiring talent, there is no risk to you.

How does billing work?

We issue one transparent invoice upon signing your talent, which includes our placement fee minus the deposit you paid at the beginning of the search.

What if my needs change?

Scale hours up or down as your needs change, with zero termination fees or long-term commitments. Start with a specific role, then build your team as you go.

How do you protect my data and IP?

All talent sign strict NDAs and follow Globali's security protocols. After the talent is recruited, Globali does not manage or protect data and IP, since we do not manage the talent.

Does my talent get employee benefits?

It's up to you. We can connect with benefit providers in your talent's country and get you competitive rates on employee benefits.
